Net Metering Program & Net Metering Rebate

The SaskPower Net Metering Program credits customers for solar power that is fed back to SaskPower. You can bank kilowatt hour (kWh) credits for excess power that you deliver into the grid at the same rate that you pay for power. Credits are applied to the next month’s bill. After 12 months your credits are reset to zero – SaskPower does not pay for any leftover credits at the end of the year. The anniversary month is set to April for solar so summer credits can be used up over the winter.

All ENERGY STAR® qualified appliances, furnaces, boilers, ground and air source heat pumps are exempt from PST.
