Policy & Program Development

Sun Ridge Group is a strong supporter of environmentally responsible housing through programs aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions from homes. The company has been instrumental in the development of energy efficient housing in Canada, from the R-2000 program in the 1970s to the Energy Star for New Homes Initiative in 2007. In addition, Sun Ridge has been a licensed service provider for the EnerGuide for Houses program since 1999.
